So, it is best to decide on the wedding day look once you have purchased your wedding gown. Your hairstyle should be compatible with the gown's neckline. For example, gowns with higher necklines are better suited for up dos, while gowns with plunging necklines are highlighted by cascading hair or half up dos. If, a gown is embellished with beading, crystals and different textures, it is best to have a simple up do to showcase the gown. While, more simple gowns can be accented by beautifully decorated hair that is down. In recent years, more brides have used soft wavy hair that is down as a way to soften very embellished formal gowns.
